1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Overquoted ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the App. The App is operated by Technium Foundry LLC ("we", "us", "our").

2. Description of Service

Overquoted is a document analysis tool that assesses pricing fairness and clarifies legal language in user-submitted documents. The App provides informational assessments only and does not constitute legal, financial, or professional advice.

3. No Professional Advice

The analysis provided by Overquoted is for informational purposes only. It is not a substitute for professional legal counsel, financial advice, or expert consultation. You should not rely solely on Overquoted's output when making legal or financial decisions. We strongly recommend consulting a qualified professional for matters of significant consequence.

4. Account and Subscription

You may be required to create an account using Google Sign-In or email/password. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

Overquoted offers a single yearly subscription at $24.99/year. Two free previews are available without subscribing; the full report unlocks with subscription. Payment is charged to your selected payment method through Stripe. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.

5. Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time through the App's Settings screen or through Google Play. Upon cancellation, you retain access until the end of your current billing period. Refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis through the contact form.

6. User Content and Privacy

Documents you upload are processed in server memory for analysis and are not permanently stored on our servers. We do not sell, share, or distribute your uploaded documents or analysis results to third parties. See our Privacy Policy for full details on data handling.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Technium Foundry LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising from your use of the App.

Our total liability for any claim arising from or relating to these Terms or the App shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that analysis results will be accurate or complete.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes through the App or via email. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
