1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Overquoted ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the App. The App is operated by Technium Foundry LLC ("we", "us", "our").

2. Description of Service

Overquoted is a document analysis tool that assesses pricing fairness and clarifies legal language in user-submitted documents. The App provides informational assessments only and does not constitute legal, financial, or professional advice.

The analysis provided by Overquoted is for informational purposes only. It is not a substitute for professional legal counsel, financial advice, or expert consultation. You should not rely solely on Overquoted's output when making legal or financial decisions. We strongly recommend consulting a qualified professional for matters of significant consequence.

4. Account and Subscription

You may be required to create an account using Google Sign-In or email/password. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

Overquoted offers one auto-renewing yearly subscription, billed through Google Play. The US list price is $24.99/year; the price and currency shown by Google Play at checkout apply. There is no monthly plan and no free trial. Each account gets one free preview without subscribing; the preview shows the verdict, and the full report unlocks with a subscription (past previews unlock too). The subscription includes 150 pages of analysis per subscription year. Each photographed page counts as one page, and only scans that return a report count. Unused pages do not carry over; the count starts fresh when the subscription renews. Payment is charged by Google Play to the payment method on your Google account. We never receive your card number. The subscription renews automatically each year unless you cancel it in Google Play before the renewal date.

5. Cancellation and Refunds

Cancel your subscription in Google Play: Play Store → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions. In the App, Settings → Manage in Google Play opens the same place. The App has no separate cancel button, and deleting your Overquoted account does not cancel a Google Play subscription. Upon cancellation, you retain access until the end of your current billing period. Refunds are handled by Google Play and follow Google Play's refund policy. 6. User Content and Privacy

Documents you upload are processed in server memory for analysis and are not permanently stored on our servers. To produce your report, we send the document to a third-party document-processing provider that works on our behalf. Beyond that, we do not sell, share, or distribute your uploaded documents or analysis results to third parties. See our Privacy Policy for full details on data handling.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Technium Foundry LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising from your use of the App.

Our total liability for any claim arising from or relating to these Terms or the App shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that analysis results will be accurate or complete.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes through the App or via email. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
